At Lorraine Industries, we want you — and your pet — to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items, as long as they are:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Opened bags of pet food or treats

  • Used toys, beds, or grooming tools

  • Perishable goods (e.g. frozen or refrigerated items)

  • Customized or personalized products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? No problem. We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items. Contact us or stop by with your item and receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — at no cost to you.
